Create an Account and Keep Your Login Details Safe
Open the account creation page in the VPN57 user panel and enter a username and password. VPN57 doesn’t require an email address; your username and password are all you need to create an account. Choose a username you’ll recognize, and use a unique password you don’t use on other websites. Check your entries before submitting to avoid typos, especially if you’re switching between devices.
After creating your account, open the user panel and make sure you can view your account overview. If you’re sent back to the login page, sign in with the username and password you just set—there’s no need to create another account. Your plan, orders, client downloads, and subscription management will all be tied to this account. Keep the user panel handy alongside this guide so you can refer to both during setup.
Save your login details in the password manager you use. Since an email address isn’t required to create an account, don’t assume you’ll be able to recover it through email later. Sign out of the panel before leaving a shared device, and don’t let a browser save your password on a device you don’t control. Once you’ve confirmed that you can sign in, continue to plan selection.
Choose a Plan and Review Your Order
Open the plans section in the panel and choose a monthly subscription or data package based on how often you expect to use the service. Monthly plans are ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, and ¥28/month for 500GB. Monthly data resets on your activation date. If you plan to use the service regularly, consider your typical browsing, AI tool, and video usage before choosing a data allowance rather than picking based on price alone.
For more occasional use, consider a data package: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, or ¥658/3000GB. Data packages remain available until used and never expire. Their data rules differ from monthly subscriptions, so check the billing details carefully when reviewing your order. A data package does not add a new allowance every month.
After choosing a plan, review its name, price, and billing details on the order page, then pay using Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT as directed in the panel. Return to the panel after payment to check the order status and confirm the plan appears on your account. If the payment page shows completion but the panel hasn’t updated, refresh the order record and check again rather than submitting the same payment twice.
VPN57 offers a 30-day no-questions-asked refund policy. See the Terms of Service for application details. If you upgrade a monthly subscription mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days; review the confirmation details in the panel before upgrading. Once your plan is active, get your subscription. An order that hasn’t taken effect yet can’t confirm whether a server is available.
Get Your Subscription from the Account Overview
Open the account overview in the user panel and check your plan and data details. Then find the subscription information or client import option. The subscription link gives your client the server configuration; it isn’t the marketing website URL or the account login page. Use the panel’s copy option to copy the complete link, then import it using your client’s subscription feature.
If the panel offers a quick-import option for your installed client, follow the prompts to open it. When asked whether to open an app, check the app name first. If the client doesn’t open or the configuration doesn’t appear, return to the panel, copy the subscription link, and import it manually. There’s no need to create another account or pay again just to retry quick import.
Your subscription link may contain credentials specific to your account, so protect it like a password. Don’t post the full link in public forums or leave it visible in support screenshots. When copying, make sure you haven’t included extra spaces, line breaks, or quotation marks. If the client reports a formatting error, copy the link again from the account overview rather than editing it character by character.
If you can’t find the subscription option in the overview, first check that you’re signed in to the account used for payment, then review your plan and order status. If everything looks correct and you still can’t get the link, open a support ticket in the panel and describe the page you’re on and the message you see. Once you have the subscription, follow the import instructions below for your device.
Import a Client on Each Platform
Open the downloads section in the panel and choose your operating system to get the VPN57 client. The Windows, macOS, Android, and Linux clients are available to download after signing in. Get your subscription from the panel after signing in, and check that your plan is active before connecting. iOS download access depends on your active plan permissions; use the same panel rather than looking for static installer links outside this guide.
Once installed, find the client’s “Subscription” or “Configuration” section and use the link you copied from the account overview. Importing lets the client load your account’s server configuration; installing the app alone won’t set up a subscription. Authorization steps vary by platform, so the sections below cover the options and prompts to look for.
Windows: Manage Subscriptions and System Proxy
Get the Windows desktop client from the panel and install it. Open the client, go to subscriptions or configurations, and look for an option such as “Add subscription” or “Import from link.” Paste the complete link into the address field and give it a recognizable name if you like. Save it, refresh or update the subscription, and check that the server list appears. Then select this configuration for use.
Choose a server, then enable the system proxy or connection feature as prompted by the client. The system proxy usually affects only apps that follow that setting, so opening a website in your browser doesn’t mean every desktop app uses the same route. If an app doesn’t work as expected, check its own proxy settings and the client’s mode before removing a subscription that imported successfully.
macOS: Import a Configuration and Approve System Access
Get the macOS desktop client from the panel and open it using the installation instructions. In configuration management, choose import from link, paste your subscription, and update it. If you use the panel’s quick-import option, check in the client that the configuration was saved and the server list appears. If the app opens but no servers are listed, check the subscription update before reinstalling.
When you connect, macOS may ask to add a VPN configuration or grant related network permissions, depending on how the client works. Check that the request comes from the app you just installed, approve it as prompted, then return to the client and connect. Don’t disable system-wide security protections to troubleshoot a connection. If it still won’t start after authorization, note the system message and check the relevant instructions in Frequently Asked Questions.
Android: Update Your Subscription and Confirm the Connection
Sign in to the panel to get the Android client, then install it using your device’s prompts. Open the app and go to subscriptions or configurations. Choose the option to add from a link, paste your subscription URL, and save it. Update the subscription, wait for the server list to load, choose a server, and connect. If Android asks for VPN connection permission, confirm the app’s identity before continuing.
Once connected, open the app you want to use in the foreground and check that it works. Then switch to the background and see if it stays connected. If it disconnects whenever you switch apps or lock the screen, check your device’s background activity and battery management settings for the client. Menu names vary by device. Don’t change every battery-saving setting at once; first confirm that background restrictions are causing the disconnect.
iOS: Download Access and Subscription Import
Sign in to the panel on your iOS device and use the relevant client link in the downloads section. Access depends on having a purchased, active plan that hasn’t expired. If the page says your plan doesn’t include access, return to the overview and check your account and plan status. Don’t use installation links from unknown sources. Once you’ve opened the client through the panel, return to the account overview to get your subscription.
Open the client’s configuration or subscription manager, choose import from link, paste your subscription, then save and update it. If the panel offers a compatible quick-import option, you can use it after checking the target app. When you connect, iOS may ask to add a VPN configuration. Confirm as prompted, then return to the app to check the connection status. If other VPN configurations are already set up on your device, make sure this one is active to avoid conflicts between apps.
Linux users can also get the relevant client from the panel and import their subscription using the instructions in the downloads section. Command-line setups, IDE extensions, and standalone proxy settings aren’t covered here. For those scenarios, see the AI Acceleration Guide.
Connect to a Server and Verify It Works
Once your subscription has updated, choose a server in the client and connect. VPN57 offers 100+ countries / 170+ routes; the options available to you are listed in your account. Start by choosing a region supported by the service you want to use. Don’t judge performance by distance or server name alone. Keep your configuration unchanged while you test the connection, then decide whether to adjust it.
Open the service you plan to use in the browser or app where you’ll access it. Check that the page loads fully, that features work after signing in, and that requests complete. A “Connected” status in the client is only a local indicator, not a substitute for testing the app itself. With AI tools, check that responses continue to stream; loading the homepage and completing a request are two different tests.
You can also use an IP lookup page you trust to compare your exit IP and location before and after connecting. If the result hasn’t changed as expected, check whether your browser follows the system proxy and whether the client’s rules let that lookup page connect directly. In rule mode, different destinations may use different routes, so one lookup result alone can’t tell you whether the connection is working in every app.
If the service still doesn’t work after connecting, check your plan status, subscription update, selected configuration, and system connection permissions in that order. Then try a different server if needed. Change one setting at a time and retest in the same app to make it easier to identify the cause. If the service says a region is unavailable or your account is restricted, follow its regional and account rules. Changing servers doesn’t change your eligibility to use a platform.
VPN57 supports unlimited simultaneous devices, but you’ll need to import and verify the configuration on each one. You can set up other devices after finishing the current one; there’s no need to change every client at once. Connections use military-grade encryption, but you still need to protect your account password and subscription link on your devices. Encryption doesn’t replace good credential security.
You’ve completed the setup. When you switch devices or update your subscription later, return to the relevant step. For frequent disconnects or failed subscription updates, see Frequently Asked Questions. To learn about how AI tools determine your region and the differences between web and API access, read the AI Acceleration Guide. When opening a support ticket, include the platform, when the issue occurred, and the message you saw. Hide your password and subscription link in screenshots.
